Thank you for deciding to have your Residency Program participate in the KSHP Residency Showcase to be held on Friday, November 14th at the Marriott Louisville East. (A list of programs already registered will be posted soon.)

Registration is open to ONLY Kentucky and KSHP-affiliated programs until October 10th. If booths remain available, we will open registration to all interested programs. Please note there is a fee for out-of-state programs. (If a non-KPRN member program registers prior to October 10th the registration form will be held until after October 10th to confirm space is available.)

ALL programs must be REGISTERED by October 31st in order to participate in the Showcase.

If you have multiple programs within your organization, please enter a separate registration for each residency program so we can have an exact program participation count and a table reserved for each program.

Registration Fee: There is no program (booth) registration fee for Kentucky-based programs. (Or out of state programs which have a RPD who is currently a KSHP Pharmacist member in good standing.) The registration fee for all program staff working the booth at the Showcase is $11. Please be sure to complete the event registration in order to have an event badge (only attendees with a Fall Meeting event badge will be allowed in the Showcase).

The fee for out-of-state programs:

• $200 per program for Showcase only attendance for two participants.
